Contestants will be standing on a car that is suspended over the water by a crane. The car is specially designed to rotate like a rotisserie.

It's hot for the first stunt as contestants climb a ladder, enter the fourth floor, follow a hose line to a room they put out a fire, rescue a dummy, and get out of the building. The two slowest are eliminated. In the second stunt, they lie in pit with over 3,000 scorpions.

The first stunt is a real drag as contestants hold onto a cargo net being dragged behind a covered wagon pulled by two horses. They would have to pull themselves up the cargo net and get inside the wagon. It's a fishy dinner for the second stunt as they have to reach inside a dead 15-pound cod fish and pull out a numbered chip.

In this couples stunt, each team is seated in the front of their own car. The drivers are blindfolded and the passengers must navigate for them. The male contestants head is placed through a hole cut into the bottom of a plexi-sewer pipe, his partner must rescue him by crawling into the pipe and reaching around his head to undo a combination lock.

Couples Episode - Players will be dragged by dune buggies, bury their teammates head in worms, and aim for a landing from a helicopter drop

Tunnel Swim Contestants would have to swim through an underwater tunnel that was 80 feet long. Along the way, there were four air pockets. The two men and the two women to get through the tunnel the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated.

On "go" the car with the contestants inside will begin to rotate into the water as they work to unlock their waists and wrists allowing them to escape from the car. Contestants will play a game to determine the quantity and variety of Fear Factor Sushi, made of various gross items.

Sky Surfing The first stunt required the twins to work as teams. The siblings would stand on a platform suspended 100-feet above the crashing sea below. As the platform teeter-tottered up and down, the twins had to gather as many flags as possible from the surrounding edges of the platform.

Contestants will dive to a submerged bus to rescue dummies, retrieve tokens from cow brains and walk over a rickety suspended beam course.

Contestant's heads are placed in separate medieval-looking helmets (one filled with snakes the other with rats). In this stunt, one of the contestants will be wearing weighted boots. On "go" the contestants will be dropped into the water and the other contestant must dive in and release the clasps.

For the first stunt, contestants ride a raft behind a speedboat. They climb a rope hanging from a helicopter and release 6 flags before dropping 20 feet into the water. If contestants completed this stunt, they would win $1,000.

Twins Episode - Players will jump from helicopters and try to hit targets, rescue each other from bees, and rescue a dummy from a sinking car.

In this couples stunt, two tightropes and two hand lines will be strung parallel of each other from windows of the Mandalay Bay Hotel. On each tightrope, small sandbags will be tied. On "go" each teammate must untie and toss their sandbag to their teammate on the opposite rope.

Perched on the hood of a car suspended 100 feet high by a giant electric magnet, contestants must switch it off, sending themselves and the vehicle plummeting toward a target on the ground.

Contestants will play a game to determine how many disgusting donuts they will have to eat along with a tall glass of curdled milk. Contestants will be standing on a truss structure that is approx. 20' above the water. On go, the contestants must make their way across each of the 3 sets of beams of various widths to pull flags at the opposite end of the structure.

The contestants will be riding on the back of a jet ski, traveling at approx. 25 to 30 miles per hour. Contestants are placed in a plexiglass helmet, which is then filled with water and moray eels. The contestants must ride a platform that is continuously moving up or down, along the way there are 6 stations that they must get off and retrieve a flag and return to the moving platform.

Helicopter Climb Each player would hang from the bottom rung of that ladder and as the helicopter spun above the cold Pacific Ocean, they would have to climb up and into the "bird". The four players with the best times would advance.

For the first stunt the six have to release up to 12 flags from the edges of an 8-foot by 24-foot see-saw platform over 100 feet in the air. The two men and the two women to release the most flags the fastest before falling would advance. Next stunt is to eat a penis, within 5 minutes, of either a deer, elk, bull, or water buffalo.

Contestants launch a piece of cow stomach to their partner on a small raft in the middle of a swamp. In this couples stunt, the contestants will be standing at a podium on the roof of a 5 story building. On "go" the couples much each complete an eating task. Once they have completed the above task they will be yanked off of the roof of the building and dangled from a crane.

On "go", the contestants must climb out of a dingy and up a cargo net releasing flags as they make their way up. Contestants are seated around a traditional Thanksgiving dinner table. Each contestant will have to choose three out of five courses to eat. The decision whether or not to eat a particular course will be made without knowing what disgusting food items will follow.

In this head to head couples stunt, the male contestants will be hung by their ankles to helicopters, they must hold a 3-foot knotted rope lifting their partners no more than 20-feet above the water. Each team will be in their own massive trough filled with fish guts, squid, and fish scales. The couple will pull their hanging fish off of hooks and pull them through the trough.

Contestants will be locked in a plexiglass box that will be hung from a crane and lowered into the water leaving approx. 1-foot above the water for breathing. The other contestant will be outside of the box where they will build an unlocking device and free their partner. A contestant bobs into a tank of gelatinous fluid for animal tongues. The final team stunt includes a truck car ramp.
